ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed, except US Postal Service holidays. If we have any questions or concerns with your order, generally we will let you know within 24 to 48 hours.
Salty Heifer Mercantile accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Shopify and PayPal process all of Salty Heifer’s orders. If you place your order online, we do not have access to your payment information.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Salty Heifer Mercantile offers a Flat Rate Shipping on all orders ($12).
We do not ship internationally and we do not ship internationally using Freight Forwarders.
BACK ORDERS
We keep a large inventory at Salty Heifer Mercantile...However, upon occasion we do run into an out of stock situation. If this occurs, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Salty Heifer Mercantile will happily accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your shipment from us.
Salty Heifer Mercantile promises our customers that the products we stock are new and have not been previously tampered with. In order to maintain that policy and product integrity, items must be returned in their unused/unopened original packaging. Salty Heifer Mercantile does not accept returns on used goods. Return shipping is at customer's expense and Salty Heifer’s original shipping expense will not be refunded.
To ensure that you have a record of your return, please ship with Signature Confirmation and be sure to include a copy of your receipt. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking information.
In the event that we've goofed on your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. You will be emailed a PrePaid Return Shipping Label.
Once we can confirm your return is in transit back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you (at Salty Heifer’s expense). Refunds are not issued on damaged goods, we will be happy to reship your order to you.
